Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
